Service Description
Delve provides an AI-powered interview platform that enables users to design, conduct, and analyze structured interviews. The service includes chat, voice, and video interview capabilities, AI-generated questions and reports, and analytics tools.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use Delve. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during registration.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Delve only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform for discriminatory hiring practices, unauthorized data collection, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly. Overage charges (available on Pro and Business tiers) are calculated and billed at the end of each billing cycle. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Delve, including interview templates, questions, and candidate data. Delve retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and proprietary technology.
Limitation of Liability
Delve is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
